Is their a site that MS Messenger remote assistance can be tested?
Not having any success with computer I am testing with remotely. All Sytem prompts allow remote access on both machines.

Any reference (checklist) for implementation would be appreciated.

Both computers run XP SP2. one on broadband and the other on DSL.

Greetings,

Not really. However, Remote Assistance requires a direct connection between yourself and
your contact. As such, if either of you are using a router, it will need to support
Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) in order for Remote Assistance to work.

Also, some modems (especially DSL ones) like to include a built-in NAT which also either
needs to be turned off or UPnP turned on (if available in the configuration).
