movie maker video effects

I have all the current versions of this on my computer, and have service pac
2 installed as well, however, my friend has 39 different VIDEO EFFECTS
available, and I only have 28. How can I acquire the addtional effects?

Your friend probably has the Media
Center Edition of WinXP...I'm thinking
that version of Movie Maker includes
about 12 more.

Maybe your friend installed some
additional software. For example...
MS Plus! Digital Media Edition
adds several effects and transitions:
