Please help me with this error message. The error is 1635:
Windows Installer - "patch could not be opened verify that
the the patch exista an you can access it..contact
vendor., etc". I received this message after attempting to
reinstall Office XP. Office XP was running on the system
fine, my daughter removed it in error and when I attempted
to reinstall, I received this message.
Is there a problem with Windows Installer or XP? I think
my registry may be corrupted, but I'm not sure how to fix
it. I'm a beginner. Thanks for the help!
