Upgraded from Win98 to Home XP on a custom 3.06Ghz with
512MB and Radeaon 9700 Pro video card. Get the blue
screen of death at least once a week with Page Fault in
NonPaged Area. Any idea as to what is causing this?
Ocassionally will get other faults, but this is the most
common.

For STOP Messages, start here:

KB Links: Stop Messages
http://aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm

For the error message you cite, the ever popular 0x50 (click "50" at left),
the following summary is given: "Requested data was not in memory. An
invalid system memory address was referenced. Defective memory (including
main memory, L2 RAM cache, video RAM) or incompatible software (including
remote control and antivirus software) might cause this Stop message, as may
other hardware problems (e.g., incorrect SCSI termination or a flawed PCI
card). Use the General Troubleshooting of STOP Messages checklist above" [at
the top of the page].

Several articles are provided regarding this one error, referring to
different scenarios.
