Window's Update

I'm a Technician who is constantly running Windows Update
on XP machines when they are brought into be serviced.
This is a waste of a bench slot and a phone line(DSL and
CABLE are not available in my area). What I'm wondering
is: is there any way to download all of the critical
updates, and put them on a CD to install directly onto
the machine.
Any help whould be apreciated. Thanks.
