Sometimes when I start my system it shutsdown immediately then restarts
automatically, sometimes it does this 2 - 3 times? I have already changed
the PSU because at one stage the system would not boot and the monitor light
would stay on orange and not go green as it normally doesn't and now bootup
went ok, 6 restarts later, it's still restarts when you power up the system.

I have check the memory for error's and that appears to be ok, checked HDD
for errors and that appears ok also
