have a client with XP Home edition. I assume the system
did not shut down properely, as I get the start up screen
offering Safe modes/Last known good config/ of normal
start up. With normal start up, system freezes with
completed progress bar, if I try safe mode, it seems to
freeze after trying to load mup.sys
I have read numerous posts searching this topic on google,
but nothing that seems to help me out. I could not find
any KB Articles , but this seems to be a common problem.
IN the posts I read, everyone swears they have not changed
hardware, or added software, that this problem just
appears out of no where. How can I fix this?
