Windows could not create the shortcut. Check to see fi the disk is full!

Hi 1st time posting.

We just bought Three Dell Dimension 9200 two days ago.
We boot and register all software. after idle for while I get message
"Windows could not create the shotcut. check to see if the disk is full"
I can not do anything. All I can do is reboot system pressing Power button.
or I get
"Not enough quota is available process this command"
Either one error come up and I have to reboot.
Tow out of three Dell 9200 does same thing.

Does anybody has same issue?

Please advise me before call Dell.

How much free space *is* there available on the disk?

Can you get into Safe Mode?

This is the Dell System configureation.

Windows XP Pro SP2
Intel Pentium D820 2.8GHz with Dual Core tech
1G DDR2 SDRAM at 533MHZ
Nvidia GeForce 7300LE
80GB SATA

All three system work for while after boot.
It is normal PC for while.
If I leave them for idel for 30min or so.
After that I try use PC then I get these message.
I can get into Safe mode.
I works fine for while.
I am going to test Motherboard using Dell System 32 Dial Tool.
I am hoping Hardware problems.
HDD free space is over 60G out of 80G SATA HDD.
1G-RAM
Any idea?
