To check for a virus:
Scan for Viruses online:

To help prevent viruses:
Install an anti virus application
Update it weekly
Scan for viruses weekly

All of the advice will help you.
In addition you should know that using capital letters is considered =
rude (as in SHOUTING) and as you can see from most other posts, it is =
not being used.
