I have just installed a new usb 2 card onto an old machine, running xppro sp2
but the motherboard is a gygabyte 440bx, will it be supported as I am now
getting blue screen of death as a result

tried That, still no joy! Think the motherboard to old to support USB 2.
Trying to contact Gygabyte to see if that is right. Do you need High Speed
Hubs if you want your hub to run at high Speed?

In theory USB-2 should work on an older mobo...

It's a matter of OS support and drivers
