When I attempt to use Network Diagnostics in Windows XP I now receive a
message to say that Networks Diagnostics has encountered an error and must
close. This error message hasd only started recently and probably after an
auto update but cannot say for sure. My XP has all the latest updates and I
run a virus program and firewall and all the other precautions. I
downloaded the KB relating to Network Diags and installed that KB but the
error message did not go away. I then delated Network Diags and re-installed
the KB but it still comes up with an error message. Any suggestions where I
might start to sort this out. More a nuisance than anything.
