Read-Only writes to CD

I have been using the Roxio program imbedded in XP to write files to CD. I
find that when I write to the CD-RW, the files' properties are always
changed to "Read Only."

Is there anyway to prevent them from being designated Read Only?

However, you need a packet writing program such as InCd from Nero.
