Blue Error Screen

Why do I get a blue error screen when I try to print
something from the internet? This happens frequently.
Help! I am a novice.

It is usually due to a Device Driver. Since it happens when you use the
Printer, go to the Manufacturers site and see if
they have any updated WinXP Drivers or Software for your Printer.

What are contents of the error screen?
What is the make and model of your printer?
