Hi,
Been running WindowsXP upgrade. Have loved it! Now when
I turn on the PC, I get a black screen with a little window
with a system error message... 'lsass.exe: object not
found'. Only choice is to clik 'OK', and then PC starts up
all over again and stops with the same error message. Any
help is GREATLY appreciated.

Thats a security manager error, does it give a status code? When did this
start happening?

Have you searched your registry for references to this file which may be
loading in the registry but the program is not on your disk. Try Google and
the following are some examples.
