Probs viewing NBC episode video

The site says you download a episode. Thats far from what I experience. It
seems like it downloads a little bit, plays it, and pauses and downloads some
more. Is there a setting where you can buffer/download the entire file
before attempting to watch it?

I have Win XP Home
1.73 gigahertz Intel Pentium M
64 kilobyte primary memory cache
2048 kilobyte secondary memory cache
80gig hard drive with 27.47 free

Is there a setting that I need to set to allow me to view internet video?
This also applies to sites like youtube.com. Thanx

I thought I would add, I have all the available updates for DirectX and have
installed all the windows updates. Hope to hear from someone about this.
