When I log on as a user all seems OK but I have a folder/
window dispayed (system32). I can close it but why does
it always appear at startup. Can this be fixed. It has
only started a few days ago.

Greetings --
This can be caused by a blank entry, such as can be left behind by
an incomplete program removal, in the
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and/or
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run keys.
