SBC Yahoo! Reboot Helper Window won't go away

Hi all,

I am transferring a laptop from a user who had installed SBC Yahoo DSL.
I have uninstalled all of the Yahoo programs and checked in msconfig for
startups,
but I can't figure out how to make this screen stop showing on startup:

SBC Yahoo! Reboot Helper.

I have deleted everything Yahoo out of the registry, but it just won't go
away.

Can someone tell me if there's somewhere in the registry that I need to go to
get rid of this annoying window?
