After installing dozens of Windows Updates, it occurred to
me that, if I ever had to completely reinstall XP, it
would takes days to download and install all these
updates. It would appear to be simpler to backup the
downloaded update files to a CD, and use that after
reinstalling Windows. Where are these files located on my
computer? All the files regarding updates and HotFixes
appear to be UNinstall files.

I've been looking for weeks for something that can do this. I do about 30
updates a day on new machines.
