originally installed xp as a clean installation,but went
back and removed it.reinstalled 98se and then did an
upgrade installation of xp in order to have some features
of 98 transferred ,themes,etc....but when i did certain
services such as workstation,server,alerter were
missing.what caused this? certain programs such as
microsoft base line security analyser won't work with out
server.
