XP Pro and Nero

I seem to have conflicts between the XP system CD writing software and The
latest version of Nero software, including InCD. Can someone tell me how to
completely disable the XP built-in software. Thanks

In Explorer, right click your CD-R/RW Drive and select Properties,
Recording. You can turn the feature off there.
