Hello
My accountant friend has a small office with two employees.
One of their boyfriends can view her computer and files.
Owing to the nature of his business this is just not on.
How can he stop this?

Sound like your accountant friend needs to secure their network and
remove the remote permissions.

Do as Bob says but a quick and easy cure to the problem for that one machine
is to make the employee only a restricted user on the machine then load a
firewall package (Zonealarm for instance) and make sure that the computer is
protected that way. Also ban MSN Messenger and get a proffesional IT person
in to take a look at the systems. An accountant without a secure network is
a bit of a joke, What would his clients say?
