Why do I always get the message below even though I always install the
latest version of Flash when I get the message. And javascript is turned on?
I get this message even after installing Flash. What is the problem. Thanks.

"Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of
Macromedia's Flash Player."

I seem to have it fixed. I found some instructions on a forum. Went to Adobe
site and used their uninstaller. That seems to have worked upon
reinstallation.

As I read his post, the info he found directed him to go to the Adobe site
to use their uninstaller, then reinstalled. I don't think there were
special instructions.

Do a search on the Internet for

"Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of
Macromedia's Flash Player"

to find the forum.

But essentially, go to Adobe site and use their uninstaller. Empty yout
cache, history, cookies from the browser. Delete all temp files from your
computer. Then go get the latest version of Flash from the Adobe site and
reinstall. This worked for me. Good luck.
