With reference to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/235994/en-us, there is a 28
window limit. How can one increase the 28 window limit stored in the registry?

The article is about NT 4.0. As far as I know XP doesn't have the same
limit. I just tried opening 33 windows.

I don't mean is there a 28 window limit. I mean is there a 28 window size and
location limit. In other words, regarding the window size and location stored
in the registry, is there a 28 window size and location limit?
