Boots to Welcome Screen then Hangs There!

Whenever I turn my computer on I get a normal boot untill
it gets to the Welcome screen then it just hangs there
untill I hit Ctrl/Alt/Del then it continues to boot into
the main Explorer Window.

In Computer Managment\Systen Tools\Event
Viewer\Application, I have many errors and directed under
the Source category, every event registers as PerfNet.

Anyone out HELP? Thanks in advance!
