Norton 2004 Anti-virus conflict w/ Help and Support.

Norton anti-virus (NAV) 2004 professional seems to
interfere with the launch of Help and Support (H&S). If
I disable NAV then H&S comes up just fine. If NAV is
enabled MAYBE H&S will come up after 3 or 4 minutes.

Anybody have a solution.

I have a fresh install of NAV 2004 Pro and do not experience any problems
with Help and Support.
