View Full Version : Problems playing my DVD

I'm trying to watch a DVD on my PC and I keep on getting this message.

Playback failed due to a problem with the video subsystem. Lowering your
screen resolution or color depth may fix the problem

Is there anything I can do to fix it.
I would gladly appreciate the help.

Is your video driver the most current
available from the support website of
your video adapter's manufacturer?

Did you try reducing your screen resolution?

Also it may be possible that you need
DVD decoder software. PowerDVD is
one such option.
