Large tmp file

my hard disk is almost full and I traced it back to one
large Document & Local Settings tmp file (32GB). this
seems usually large to me, but i didn't want to delete
before determining the potential downsides. Any help?

Could be ISO Image files from burning to CD's. Or System Restore. Go to
MyComputer>rt click on Drive Icon
select Properties>Disk Cleanup>More Options>System Restore Cleanup Say
