I installed and ran a virus remover for the worm virus.
It seemed to work and my norton antivirus says I have not
virus now. However since my system still shuts down with
message: system shutting down, save everything, NT
Authority, RPC system. I was told I need to install the
patch from microsoft also to fix this. I cannot install
the patch because it says my cryptographic service is not
connected. Yet when I go into my system it shows it
working. I even restarted it to be sure. So then I
downloaded a cryptographic tool to troubleshoot, it
doesn't open and run for me either. Any suggestions on
how I can get the patch to install?
