I have windows xp, running novell client 4.83 sp2,
wordperfect 10, pc docs 3.95, elite, excel, word,
groupwise 5.5 and faxserve (bitware client) 6.00. the
enviroment variable for the temp file location had to be
changed to the root of c: to run the bitware client.
every day thousands of 0 byte temp files are created and
stranded in this temp directory. Disk cleanup does not
delete them it must be done at a command prompt. Why are
they being created, what can I do to automate cleaning
them or how can I eliminate the creation of them.
