autocomplete not working in XP

The autocomplete feature is setup correctly, but will not
function. I understand that there is a registry change to
fix this...can anyone tell me where I might find it?

The following fix also applies to Outlook, and other programs that =
store=20
passwords in the Protected Storage System Provider sub-branch of the =
Registry.=20
It also corrects some issues with Internet Explorer and AutoComplete.
