Remove virus: W32.Ronoper.worm

Hi All:
I need a big help here!
I got a virus W32.Ronoper.Worm and I followed all the
instructions on how to remove from Symetric website but I
still have no access to admin right. Its blocking me. For
example: I can't right click on a wallpaer and go to
property in order to change screensaver or other
configurations. It tells me that my admin right are
denied. Also someone told me to remove (delete) system
toolkit from Regedit. Is this the right solution or I
should never touch that file?

Did you follow all the removal instructions at
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.ronoper.worm.html?

After completing step "4. Reversing the changes made to the registry" and
rebooting you should have regained your administrative rights.
