FAT32 to NTFS followup question

First -- thanks for everyone's previous responses.

Does the following plan sound reasonable ?

(1) install second hard drive 120mb ATA/100 w/NTFS format
(2) move data files to (1) above
(3) execute the CONVERT routine on drive C:
