A desktop icon aint working

I cannot access my photos via the Kodak easyshare desktop
icon. When I click on the icon nothing happens. All I get
is the hour glass and nowt else. I'm assumimg this is a
problem which can occur on any icon. Any tips generally
which could lead to a solution.

Reinstall the Kodak software would be a good start. If that doesnt work
contacting Kodak would be a good move.
