Messenger 5.1 -> Camera Error with Philips Web Cam

Hello.

We use Messenger 5.1 internally within our company.

We now received a new Philips SPC 200NC Web Cam. Strangely the camera is not
working within messenger for some colleagues.

When performing the "Tuning Wizard" I select the camera and after pressing
the "Next" button we get a "Camera Error".

This problem only happens with Messenger.
