XP Home = 32bit
XP Pro = 32bit
XP 64-Bit Edition = 64bit

You have 32 bit Windows XP.
64 bit is available for Windows XP Pro not Windows XP Home.

Windows XP 64 bit with the required 64bit Intel Itanium processor is
much more expensive than any home computer.
