problem installing tweakui

When trying to install tweakui, I get the following error dialog:

The procedure entry point GetDLLDirectoryW could not be located in the
dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.

Anyone know what causes this?

A wee bit of a problem with the current TweakUI. The current version will
only run on XP SP1 or Win2K3 Server.
