Task Manager Problems

Hi there, I sure hope someone could send a email my
way with some type of info regarding this problem.
My task manager when open it, the task manager stays open
for only a split second before closing itself.
Could be some type of virus, I dont know?
It is a vital operation for me and I havent been able to
get a solution for about a week it is killing my computer
experience.
