Service Pac Update Changed Settings

I have installed the Service Pac 1 update; it changed all
of the fonts, window sizes, desktop icons, etc...I have
tried to adjust it through the display properties, but
cannot get the settings correct. The windows are small
and barely readable. If I increase the font by 1 or 2
sizes it throws the icons and startup icons in the
toolbar to unrecognizable little pictures, very blurred.
Any other suggestions as to how to get the boxes back to
a normal size, along with names that are readable and
icons that are not blurred?
