Cmd32.exe.. still there !!

Hey there,

Houston.. i got a problem

Im trying to get rid off the cmd32, but i cant !

I got Norton 2003
deleted all the infected files
did all what the webpage about it says to do
REGEDIT and all that...
and i keep getting that window !!

what else can i do?

is there any other way to get rid off that window???
