Collecting Windows Updates

After my computer is scanned for updates, the opportunity
to download and install is presented. However the
opportunity to accept the licence agreement to allow the
system to proceed is not present at the bottom of the
licence agreement. Is there a setting on my computer that
is controlling this or what is the solution?

Right click the Desktop, click Properties.
Click Settings tab, click Advanced button.
Set DPI to 96dpi
Or press Tab key.
