I have two users using Windows XP Pro and they keep having issues with
there client signing them off after about 5-10 mins. of idle time.
So far I have unchecked the signed the ("Show me "Away" when I'm idle for
10 mins." ) check box and they are still having issues.
What else should I try?

Greetings,
If there's a router being used, you could try updating the firmware for the router as a
number of router manufacturers have made fixes to fix problems like this.
Also because a few years ago this was a rather significant problem, the Messenger protocol
was changed to eliminate this problem. Unfortunately Windows messenger is no longer being
developed so all these changes have been added to MSN Messenger, now Windows Live Messenger.
As such, the clients experiencing the problem may just want to use Windows Live Messenger
instead (http://get.live.com/messenger/overview).
