How to get # of emails to show @ login screen in XP

I am having problems setting up my .NET passports for our
usernames in XP. It works for my login name only, and
when i go to login it shows how many emails I have. I am
trying to get this same convenience for the rest of my
faily. I went into the .NET passport Wizard, and set it
up on each persons account and it still won't work. I am
lost, I did everything the Help pages told me to do. And
if it works for mine, how come it will not work for
everyone else?
