blaster worm varient

I found out yesterday that i have the blaster varient called Nachi and
what it does is it keeps you from getting connected to the internet
there is software that is supposed to detect it and delete it but when i
scanned my computer with this software it didn't seem to fix anything
and i was wondering if the same thing has happened to any one else and
if so what did you do to correct the problem any help would be
appreciated TIA
