As title,
Having problem since "upgraded" from an ATI AIW8500, the screen/system
freezes whenever I dumped some files from Recycle Bin (around 10 files total
of 100MB).
The system freezes for a few seconds, no way I can bring up to see what's
the system resource.

My system is an Asus P4G8X MB, 2.5GHz P4, 2 GB of RAM.
running at AGP 4X (never can get 8X even Asus claims 8X)

The problem seems to happen every I am playing a video file at monitor 2.
It sometimes happens while I try to open/close a video file...
Did I screw up setup somewhere or?? I am using the newest Catalyst driver,
no other gaming stuff playing.
Can not believe just a few simple applications (Outlook, Winamp/Media player
playing video file, one word document, maybe two other web pages open.

1st you should pitch the catalyst,xp doesnt run well with it.Download the
last
control panel group, 12/05 i think,after installed,simply update "drivers
only"...
With the problem, thier is no upgrade from 8500 to 9600,you should have
uninst-
alled the 8500 in device mgr, then uninstalled ati in add/remove
programs,close
out,shutdown pc,install new card.From here,try doing the same with
9600...Also,
with 2 monitors, download the "exhibitor pro" from WM home page, its
specifically
for dual monitor use....
