Searching for subject materail

I try to review questions and answers that may have
already been addressed, and hate to ask the same question
people may have asked numerous times before, so i was
curious about the search feature for the usergroup. I
was wondering if anyone could provide me with any more
information.
I have tried to use this program's search for subject and
material items to see if the questions and answers that
have already been addressed elsewhere before I post a
question, or to try to find a certain posting that I had
seen in an earlier posting and would like to go back and
find. Sometimes, it seems to list anything evenly close
to just the beginning of the letter of the question, and
other times, it seems as though it is humg up, and
others, will quickly answer as no items found.
How accurate is this search feature?
How detailed does the required information have to be?
Can anyone help?

Instead of using a web-based newsreader, use the newsreader in Outlook =
Express.
