I have "Address bar" as a toolbar on the desktop that is set to "Auto-hide"
and "Always on top". When I am using a program or looking in folders, I
don't want it to come immediately when I move my mouse to that corner but I
want to use it sometimes that's why I want to increase the time it takes
before coming so that I can still use it by pausing there. Is there a way to
do it ?
