No matter what I do, I cannot change the value (0) of the
paging file on a Windows XP HOME (GREEK) system.
Value stays at 0 and I keep getting the Windows message at
startup.

My only changes were installing all Critical Updates from
Microsoft Windows Update and a few applications.

What gives, Microsoft?

The operating system was an OEM version pre-installed by
the manufacturer of the system.
