Problem "NTLDR missing" Computer will not boot. I created
a boot disk as per Knowledge article 305595. This disk
will boot the computer but I have to use it each time I
start the computer!
What can I do to fix this ??

I looked at that site but it refers to XP Professional
and it would appear that XP Home would not do the same
thing.

Home and Pro are identical in respect to the NT boot loader. If you have
multiple partitions or two drives, then your BIOS may be trying to boot
the wrong partition.
Otherwise, you should boot the XP retail CD and run the first repair
option. You can copy the files from the CD.
RC:\>copy X:\i386\ntldr C:\
RC:\>copy X:\i386\ntdetect.com C:\
where X is the source drive.
