messanger live sign in ( it wont let me)

can ne 1 tell me why i cant sign in to windows messanger live. I downloaded
it no probs when it comes to sign in it always says windows live messanger
temporaly unavailable. how can i solve this problem plzzzzzzzzzz

You can also try this.

Go to Start, run, then type "regedit"

Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\microsoft\MSNMessenger\ Policies

Delete the key "contacts.msn.com"

Then, try launching Windows Live Messenger again.
