I have an intel celeron 400mhz with 8gb hdd 390mb ram and
33.6 ext modem. it zips along on the web very nicely. my
cuz has a p4 2.18ghz 512mb ram with 60gb hdd and 56mhz
external modem, (near new system) and it is a very sick
dog. both systems are running windows XP Professional.
Both are clean installs. Defrag has been done, sys
cleanup has been done....help, anyone.

Graham, your cuz's system may have a virus. Tell him to go to
www.google.com and type Virus Checker. He could
probably due it online.
